How do I brand my customer invoices ?

From your Dashboard, select Profile. Here you can add a logo, a trading name and a short description about yourself or company. These will appear on the invoices you send to your customers.

When do I get paid?

Your payments are stored in Stripe. Payouts to your bank account are automated weekly on Monday. You can view your payouts and account settings from your Dashboard.

Can I see my transaction history and payments?

Yes you can see all your account details from our dashboard once you have registered.

Is ClickPayments for Stripe secure?

Yes, it is secure. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. When you use ClickPayments for Stripe, no card data (or other sensitive data) is ever stored or processed by our site. The site uses the Stripe server for processing as a card-not-present (CNP) transaction. How much does it cost?

During the Covid crisis and our initial launch ClickPayments will provide our service for free. At some point in the future we will need to charge a small fee for our services (1.6% plus £5 per month). You will be notified at least one month before this is introduced. At the moment we are just trying to help small business with secure contactless payment services.

Stripe has no set up fees, no monthly fees, no refund fees, and no hidden costs.

Who are ClickPayments ?

ClickPayments is the trading name for a division of Offshorly Ltd. Offshorly is a digital agency based in the UK specialising in website and app development for a global customer base. We have been in operation for over 5 years.

What is Stripe?

Stripe is a credit card processor for web and mobile. They process billions of dollars a year for thousands of companies of all sizes. One of the best things about Stripe is their set of APIs, which allow developers to build tools that do more with Stripe – that’s what we’ve done with this website. You will need a Stripe account to use ClickPayments for Stripe, but don't worry we guide you through that process if you don't yet have a Stripe account. If you do, our onboarding process allows you to use your existing Stripe account if you wish. Stripe is handling all the secure payment processing.

Do customers need a ClickPayments account?

No. All they need is a valid credit card or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
